
Who Can Donate Blood?
In principle, any healthy person between the ages of 18 and 60 who weighs more than 50 kg can donate blood. Regular donors can continue to donate blood until they turn 75, provided they are in good health. This quick check will tell you whether you are currently eligible to donate:
